Russia. The only problem is though, how to get it from under 2 miles of ice and Arctic-seas!.Which country has the biggest oil reserves?
Kuwait as the biggest and saudi arabia is second but the u.s wants the lot.
believe it or not,

The USA has the biggest reserve, but environmentalists prevailed preventing drilling in the US and thus, our dependency on foreign oil.

The statistic you will see on the net are for current drilling allowed by each countries law. If the US removed the environmental laws or lessened them, they would then shoot to number 1.
Deffinetly one of the countries in the middle east.
Saudi Arabia..........
I believe it is Canada.
Russia.
Oil is a terible thing it leads to wars and pollution.
