Why is there lots of oil reserves in Libya and Saudi Arabia, but none at all in Egypt?

As Egypt is in-btween the two countries.

It's called geology. Oil companies use satellites to assess the rocks and can then see if there is a potential source of oil.
Give us time and we will ravage that part of the world soon enough.
